HANDS Logistics ("HANDS", "we", "us") is a concierge logistics company based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy applies to handslogistics.com, our client asset portals, our request and contact forms, and the messaging channels we use to run your jobs. By using these services you agree to the practices described here.
1. What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, submit a delivery request, open a client account, or message the desk, we collect what you provide: name, company, email, phone, delivery and pickup addresses, venue and contact details, inventory descriptions, and the content of your messages.
Job records. In the course of a job we create records about it: pickup and drop times, crew assignments, signatures, dock and venue notes, and photographic proof of delivery.
Technical information. Our site and portals log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and referring URL.
2. How we use it
- To quote, schedule, perform, and document your logistics work.
- To operate your client asset portal and keep inventory records current.
- To communicate with you about active jobs, invoices, and account matters.
- To improve our services, routing, and site experience.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only as needed to do the work:
- Venues and receiving parties: contact details and delivery information required to clear docks, security, and loading schedules.
- Service providers: hosting, form processing, messaging (including WhatsApp and Slack Connect), payment processing, and analytics vendors acting on our instructions.
- Affiliates: Emote Intel, our data company, for activation reporting you have engaged us to produce.
- Legal: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of HANDS, our clients, or others.
4. Client portals & proof of delivery
Client portals are password-protected and scoped to your account. You are responsible for keeping portal credentials confidential and for the actions of anyone you share them with.
Proof-of-delivery photographs document assets, packaging, and delivery locations. They may incidentally include people present at a site. We use these photos solely to document the job and share them with the client who commissioned it.
5. Cookies & analytics
We use essential cookies to keep forms and portal sessions working, and basic analytics to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser; portal login and some forms may not function without them.
6. Retention & security
We keep job records, proof of delivery, and billing information for as long as needed to serve your account and satisfy tax, insurance, and legal requirements, typically seven years. Quote inquiries that do not become jobs are deleted or anonymized within 24 months.
We protect information with access controls, encrypted connections, and vendor agreements. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you as required by law.
7. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may object to or restrict certain processing. Nevada residents may direct us not to sell their covered information (we do not). Residents of other jurisdictions may have additional rights under local law. To exercise any right, email concierge@handslogistics.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days.
Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
8. Changes
We may update this policy as our services change. The effective date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes will be flagged to active clients by email.
